I was born and raised in South Carolina where I studied media arts at the University of South Carolina. Shortly after graduating I packed up my car and drove to Los Angeles.
My passion for photography stems from my grandfathers who documented their camping trips and travels with the military. Their decision to preserve moments they wanted to relive in the future is a cornerstone of my creative foundation.
Recently I’ve been exploring vulnerability and its influence on my growth as an individual and photographer. Learning how to embrace the uncomfortable has been a rewarding journey which has no finish line. When I'm vulnerable I create a space for others to share their passion, goals and life experiences.
When I’m not working you’ll find me playing beach volleyball, hiking, riding my bike down to Manhattan Beach, watching the Atlanta Braves, playing with my friends’ dogs and FaceTiming with my nephew Sawyer.
